Q: What’s the best lighting for my home?
A: While this depends on the purpose of each room, our lighting of choice is chandeliers; you can put them anywhere over your bed, over your bathtub, in your dining room, over kitchen tables, etc. Lighting plays a very important role in designing a home. The height of the chandelier depends on the height of your room. There are several different types of chandeliers which vary in lighting style.
Q: How do you decorate a coffee table?
A: Try not to put anything too tall on it unless of course the coffee table is not in a TV room in which the tall pieces would block the TV. If you are using a coffee table in a TV room decorate it with lower pieces such as books and plates.

Q: Tall or low kitchen tables, which is best?
A: Taller kitchen tables have become more popular in recent years they are actually easier to get in and out of because you are not ducking down as low. We recommend tall kitchen tables for seniors especially. Both heights have their perks but if you are taller, you would certainly want to consider tall tables.
Q: What are some ways I can spruce up a room without spending a lot of money?
A: Adding simple accessories such as plants, picture frames, mirrors, or paintings work great.
Q: How can I brighten up a room or make a small room look bigger?
With mirrors! Mirrors create the illusion that rooms are bigger than they actually are. Pair a mirror with a chandelier in the right placement and be amazed.On a budget? We can find pieces that look expensive but are not to help you create the room of your dreams.

Q: I need a sofa that is durable, stain-resistant, and is going to last a long time. What do you recommend?
A: We have sofas made with fabrics that are completely stain repellent. Oftentimes people will think they need to get leather sofas but that’s not necessarily true because we have plenty of micro fibers that evoke the look of leather so much that you would not know its leather even if you go up and touch it. There are so many different types of fabrics out there. We love the new revolution fabrics which are stain and fade resistant. There’s also another new set of fabrics that are completely stain repellent. If something were to drop on these stain repellent fabrics it would ease up and shake right off you could go as far as to do a white sofa without fear knowing that there are fabrics that are highly durable, stain, and fade resistant.
Q: What is the most durable fabric for a sofa?
A: Leather is the most durable if you have kids or pets. It’s also very cleanable, but it cannot sit in the direct sunlight, so be sure to consider furniture placement when purchasing leather sofas.
Q: What’s popular now with home and furniture design?
A: 1. Nail heads. Nail head is a matter of taste but also really does play into furniture design. Nail heads were generally seen on a rolled arm, panel arm, and inside sofa arms on traditional type sofas but now they are being put on more traditional and contemporary type sofas it’s what’s hot. 2. Fireplaces they have become such a big part rooms. Not only do fireplaces help with heating bills but also liven up a rooms. Fireplaces come in a wide range of designs from mantel designs to TV consoles.
